Founder

Regina has over 15 years of progressive experience in the accounting profession.  She established Tax & Accounting Solutions Inc. (TASI), a full service public accounting firm licensed by the state of Georgia, in 2002.   TASI provides income tax preparation, accounting, audit and business consulting services for individuals and businesses.

Regina started her career with Prudential as a financial analyst responsible for analyzing the company’s financial statements and projections.  After one year in Financial Accounting & Reporting, Regina was selected to help start Prudential’s Atlanta based Internal Audit Staff, where she worked for 5 years.  After leaving Prudential, Regina was hired by Georgia Systems Operation Corporation to lead the company-wide Internal Controls Review Project that was initiated by the Audit Committee and Board of directors.  

Prior to founding TASI Regina worked with Jefferson Wells International Firm.

Regina has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.  She is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs.
